Up2Par is a golf themed primary care clinic dedicated to exceeding the medical expectations of Yumans. We are a primary care clinic that strives to treat the entire patient and provide an anchor for their medical care. We see patients both in the clinic and in the hospital. Dr Smythe and Annie both have admitting privileges at Yuma Regional Medical Center, and round on their patients' during an admission. We also provide our patients with direct access after-hours to our on-call provider. Our staff is very professional and courteous, and we have built our reputation on outstanding customer service.

We accept most insurances and see patients aged 13 and up. Our time is as important to us as your time is to you; therefore, except in cases of emergency, WE DO NOT OVERBOOK and the vast majority of our patients will be seen within minutes of their appointment time.
